Sir...try though I might, I am not able to purchase
your product from Aerosoft...they have locked both
my old and new accounts...why, I don't know...
I have reached out to Aerosoft Customer Service
several times with no response....

Please place your product with another vendor or
advise me how to pay you direct and get a
registration key...

To say this is very frustrating is to put it mildly...

I would also like to say that your 10 minute demo is
very short...not near enough time

Sorry you are having this issue.

Unfortunately I don't use another vendor for SkyElite product yet, and I can't sell directly.

The only thing I can do for you is, if you send me an email to the support email provided in the manuals, including your name and your accounts info, I can try to forward this to them to see if the answer me soon.

Thanks for your prompt reply...I have two(2)
tickets in with Aerosoft and no response
to either...when you run an on-line retail
business, you'd think they would have
better (and more) customer support...virus
notwithstanding...please think about that
issue when you place your products with another
vendor...which I hope you will do...Aerosoft is
not doing you any favors...

Not sure what you really want to mean but I will try to answer:

I've been doing this for years, SkyElite is not my first product, perhaps my first for MSFS, but we are all "early adopters" of MSFS, all in the same boat.

Updates and fixes of this SkyElite version for this MSFS version will be free.

But I can't assure now if new features will be all for free, or if MSFS upgrades no a new version it will be free. All depends in the amount of work required for a new feature or for a new flight simulator version.

SkyElite is a very cheap product for the included features, and I will do my best to make customers happy and to keep the product updated and improved. But I can't do everything for free, I will try to find a fair balance always.
